Pre-Registration Notice

Hello Pre-Registered Participant,

Please read all information below BEFORE clicking on the link at the bottom of the page to register.

Access code

YOUR ACCESS CODE is the same as your registration ID when you Pre-registered.  It is at the top of the your confirmation email when your pre-registered.  DO NOT SHARE.  It can only be used once.  The access code will apply any discounts owed to you. Contact us by emailing Event@MosaicOutdoor.org if you have an issue using this code. A volunteer organizer will respond within 48 hours.

Register Type

On the registration site click on either Pre-Registered – Member / Pre-Registered – Non-Member pending your membership status.

DO NOT CLICK ON MEMBER OR NON-MEMBER. These register types are for anyone who has not pre-registered. You will be charged a $10 administration fee if you pick the wrong registration type. There are no exceptions.

Cancellation Policies for Pre-Registration:

  • Your $50 pre-registration deposit is fully refundable until registration opens for those who have not pre-registered. We anticipate this to be approx. June 20th.
  • After general registration opens to those who have not pre-registered, the deposit is refundable, less a $11 processing fee. (You will receive a $39 refund.)
  • After July 31st, you will not get a refund on the $50 pre-registration.
  • Once you are fully registered the standard cancellation policy applies
