ARRIVAL BY AIR

Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) 

For Mosaic Shuttle from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) to main event please plan on arriving by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 31^st. You must pick up your luggage and meet the group to load the Mosaic Shuttle for a 2:06 p.m. sharp departure from the airport. Cost: $58 round trip/$30 one way USD

ARIZONASHUTTLE VANS

ArizonaShuttle.com offers regularly scheduled van service between Phoenix SkyHarbor Airport and Prescott on an hourly basis from 6 am to midnight. 

• Their Prescott office is 7 miles away from camp
• The Prescott office is a short distance to several points of interest within the town of Prescott. Unfortunately, ArizonaShuttle will NOT hold your bags for you while touring around Prescott. 
• The cost for a shuttle via this vendor from the airport to Prescott will be ~$37 + Tip (one-way). 
• With 24 hours notice you can have them drop you off at camp for  ~$8.50 extra. 
• Please do not plan on arriving in camp prior to 3 pm on August 31st as we will not be ready for you. 
• You will need to book your own shuttle directly with the vendor.  
• Please let us know your plans as we might be able to group people together for possible discounts.

MOSAIC SHUTTLE for  PRE-TRIP

You are will need to be at the Days Inn by early morning of Tuesday August 29th to join the Mosaic Transportation heading to the Pre-Trip. Exact Details for Transportation to the Pre-Trip information will be on the Pre-Trip Page. 

ARRIVING BY CAR

If you are driving to camp in your own car or a rented car, you will not need to pay for any shuttles. Check-in at camp opens at 3:00 p.m. Please be kind to the organizers and do not arrive beforehand (we will turn you away at the door if you do).  Keep in mind, there may be heavy traffic on Thursday afternoon.  If you arrive between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. go directly to the dining hall and leave your stuff in the car for later. You will be able to drive your car to your cabin to off-load your stuff if you arrive before dinner. Afterwards the camp will close the roads and you will be forced to park in the parking lots. Any car that is on camp grounds not in a parking lot after 6:30 p.m. on Thursday will be subject to being towed.

The address of the camp is: 3400 W Camp Pearlstein Rd, Prescott, AZ 86303 but it would be better to use the GPS coordinates as the street address may not get you there.

Ride Shares

A note about Ride Share:
Mosaic Outdoor Clubs of America wants to make every effort to cut down the amount of automobile emissions traveling to and from the event. You can find a list of people looking for ride shares by clicking: RIDE SHARE DIRECTORY after you are registered. Ride Share arrangements are your responsibility. Please reach out and contact anyone on the list that might be a good fit for you.

• The Ride Share directory will list Name, Email, Arrival/Departure Transportation Plans, Flight Information and if you are attending the Pre-Trip or Post-Trip.
• You will be listed in the directory as long you select "Willing to Ride Share". Once you have a full car please make sure to update the profile as such. This will take you off the list in the directory. 
• You will need to complete your registration to have an active account in the system before you will be able to view the directory. 
• This directory is dynamic and is updated as people register. Please check back to see updates. 
• We will assume that this Ride Share arrangement is a round trip setup unless you are traveling to/from Prescott/Phoenix airport or bus station. If for some reason it is not please let us know.
• Please try to secure a ride on your own. If you do need assistance find a ride please contact our ride share helper at rideshare@mosaicoutdoor.org

DEPARTURES

The Mosaic shuttles will leave camp around 9:30 a.m. For the return trip from camp to airport on the shuttle please book your flights AFTER 2:00 pm for domestic flights and after 3:00 pm for international flights on Monday September 4^th from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

Note: It will take at least two hours to drive between the camp and airport without any holiday traffic. Add another 1/2 to 1 hour for holiday traffic.Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport website states 'Arrive 2 hours prior to flight for US travel, 3 hours prior for international travel. ' Hence the times listed.
